Feeding and Discharge Units

Fabrication and installation plan for the Shredder Conveyor System, which will consist of three interconnected belt conveyors, will be designed and manufactured by Raoulo Egypt – Mechanical Fabrication Division.

•Feeding Conveyor (EP1000/4) — 12 m length, 1.4 m width, 20° inclination, driven by a 5.5 kW motor.
•Discharge Conveyor 1 (EP800/4) — 6 m length, 1.0 m width, 10° inclination, driven by a 4.0 kW motor.
•Discharge Conveyor 2 (EP800/4) — 19 m length, 1.0 m width, 10° inclination, driven by a 7.5 kW motor.
The system will be designed to transfer shredded material from the feeding stage through discharge conveyors with controlled flow, high efficiency, and reliability.

All design, fabrication, and erection works will be carried out in accordance with CEMA 6th Edition, ISO 5048, ASTM, and AWS D1.1 standards.
Each conveyor will be optimised for continuous operation, power efficiency, minimal spillage, and ease of maintenance.
